How to know one team is dominating and controlling the LOS..? Take a look at the following...
Alabama (against FSU no less): Rush: 42 Pass: 18 = 70% run over pass
LSU (against BYU who was top 10 vs rush last yr nationally): Rush: 57 Pass: 18 = 76% runs
Michigan (vs good Fla DL): Rush 49 Pass: 26 = 65% rush over pass
Great teams have great OLines and control the LOS...if Michigan wants to compete and beat teams with the talent of Alabama and LSU, they need to continue to do what they did last night against Florida.
If you can run, you can pass...WHEN YOU WANT TO...not because you are forced to pass...
Michigan is not where Harbaugh wants them to be yet as far as rushing the football...but, they are improving and will only get better...
To step up and compete with the likes of Alabama...they have to.
