I guess i always assumed he had a majority of the playcalling duties but want to make sure i can properly assess where immediate changes need to be made.
Does Pep make anything more than recommendations? I would seriously expect Drevno to step back and concentrate fully on positional coaching. Let Pep mold this the way he wants, he has more experience with this and a better history of using spread elements.
And maybe hes already doing alot of this but i say give him full reigns to see if that shakeup helps. JMO
