Does anyone know if UM actively recruiting....

.....Bredan Ferns? I see he has no offer from UM. I know Michael left the program but I didn't think it was under bad circumstances. I also remember Michael playing a big part in recruiting others to follow him to UM. Just wondering if the younger brother is a possibility or if a bridge has been burned? Thanks
