One of the biggest improvements JH implemented was a first class Strength & Conditioning Coach and Program. The results on the field last season were obvious. Can't wait to see how much more we improve for next season.

The Jack Hammer is just killing it! There is no off button for this man!

Their problems went way past S&C. Poor technique was a huge issue. It's easy to knock the strongest man in the world backward if he's already off balance, as our OL spent entirely too much time doing...

Yes and no. Barwis ran a completely different weight training program than Gittleson, so they had to get the type of equipment that he needed. That being said, the weight room was still in a dingy looking basement with cinder block walls and low ceilings. What Harbaugh is raising money for is a much larger and nicer looking weight room.

True, there were problems on many levels, but we were out muscled and conditioned .... Already seeing a huge turn around in those aspects under JH. Firmly believe championships are built in the offseason.

I didn't realize how bad the infrastructure is .... so glad JH and Hackett are addressing it! S&C is critical to succeed!
