The season cumulative stats are very interesting at the moment and lend themselves to compare key offensive players. O'Korn has thrown one more pass than Speight on the year, and Isaac, Higdon, and Evans are all within 3 carries of one another.
Here they are:
Speight 44-81, 54%, 581, 3-2, 121.86, 7.2 YPA
O'Korn 45-82, 55%, 563, 1-4, 106.82, 6.9 YPA
Very close, but TD-INT ratio and YPA favors Speight.
For running backs:
Isaac 68-403, 5.9, 1 TD
Higdon 70-401, 5.7, 5 TD
Evans 67-252, 3.8, 2 TD
Seems like Evans should only be used situationally at this point and his carries should be split pretty evenly between Higdon and Isaac, who have been nearly dead even in effectiveness. If we use both of them frequently, we should keep both fresh.
