I have had a few Sparty friends comment "How is the Grant Perry allegations/arrest different then what the 3 Spartan players are going through right now?" Is their an attorney on board or someone smarter than me that can summarize the difference in charges between the two. I know Perry's charges/incident was not the same but just curious to know the differences from a legal perspective. You hear "sexual assault/misconduct" and some people think each incident should be treated the same way.
