Coming to Houston to handle cat claims, need some advice pls.

I will be coming to the Houston area to begin working catastrophe claims a week from today.
I need some advice on where to stay. Is there any part of Houston or outlying areas that has not been flooded? Any part of town I should be particularly careful? Any insight is greatly appreciated.
