I apologize for asking this question again.
Its confusing and I get the feeling some of these questions have not been settled by the NCAA yet.
I think this COVID season was a "free" year of eligibility for everyone.
Several questions regarding the meaning of this rule:
1. Does this mean that every player who is a fifth year senior NOW, is eligible to return in 2021-2022?
2. Does this mean we can carry MORE than 13 scholarship players next year because of the COVID-year "exception"?
3. Does this mean that every player this season, including freshmen, do not use an year of eligibility in 2021, meaning next year they still have 5 years to play four?
4. Which parts of this have not yet been settled by the NCAA / BigTen?
