Chet Holmgren > Emoni Bates

I am not an expert at such things.
Other folks here have well informed opinions on this
I have watched both of them. Both are great players
Each of them is #1 in their classes (2021/2022)

But the combination of size and physical gifts that Holmgren has are "Kevin Durant-Like"
I know Holmgren's level of competition may not be as high, but he's ridiculous.
He needs to eat a few more Cheese Burgers and hit the weight room
When he fills out he will be an impossible matchup

If I had the #1 Pick and both are available I'll take Chet Holmgren and hope I'm right

Chet Holmgren’s high school basketball career ended with one giant exclamation point Saturday night at Target Center. The best high school basketball player in the country totaled 18 points, 13 rebounds, seven assists and two blocked shots as Minnehaha Academy topped Alexandria 80-29 to win the Class 3A state championship. “It was a great way to send us (seniors) off into our next part of our journey — whether that’s football for some of our guys, basketball, other things — definitely a great last hoorah for all of us,” Holmgren said. “We just wanted to make sure that we went out with a bang.”
Holmgren leaves the school with four state titles to his name; this was the first one in Class 3A. Minnehaha Academy won its section title in 2020, only to have the state tournament canceled.
