Arkansas, Oregon, Arizona, and Memphis today. Perhaps even Washington State. If those teams win, Michigan likely cracks the Top 10. Beat PSU and an undefeated OSU and Iowa, I think we will crack the Top 5. Hopeful.

Dude stop being so pessimistic! We can beat Penn State - we match up much better against them then we do against Indiana. We were tired against them. I am pretty sure we will beat Penn State and Ohio State will be a toss up.

Stanford and LSU both with losses. Michigan likely up to around 13 maybe even 12 in the polls though we may get penalized for almost losing to IU.

Do you really think UM can beat all 3 of those teams in a row? I don't know especially with no Glasgow?

I think Rudock is doing well but he did throw well against IU who has bad defenses. So if a program like OSU or Iowa which can play a little defense and run the ball then it doesn't look good.

Here is what I am hoping for in all honesty. I would like to see UM beat PSU but this game is going to be another challenge. A 9 win season would exceed my expectations and the OSU game would be icing on the top.

UM just sneaked by IU and Minny...by a whisker. Barely would have sneaked by a MSU team. I just don't see any way this team with NO running game can win against all 3 of these teams.

Did I mention NO running game? Did I mention no Glasgow? Did I mention ST's going South. How about mediocre lb'er play.

I would take 9 wins in a heartbeat.

By the way Tarun...I appreciate your optimism. I think it's possible that UM can upset OSU at home. That is why they play the game but if I were you (I am not) or me (I am)...I would worry about PSU because that is going to be easy.

Tough hostile environment where UM is not well liked for being part of a massive Big Ten conspiracy which has cost PSU a number of BT titles and National Championships.

PSU also has a pretty good defense...so the game will change from IU but nonetheless difficult.

Dude, are you even a Michigan fan? Have you not watched them the past few seasons? Remember 2 years ago we were a 2pt conversion away from beating OSU when they were undefeated and we sucked. We were 21 points underdog. Anything can happen despite injuries. I think going into the OSU game we have a 50/50 chance. Now, I would have preferred to have Ojemudia and Glasgow but I will still take our team as it stands right now.

We will beat Penn State and I like us against OSU as well. I think with Ruddock clicking now teams will not be able to just load up the tackle box and dare us to throw - they have tried that for 3 straight games and the results have basically been that Ruddock has thrown for a 1000 yards in the past 3 games with just 2 INTs. OSU has a very good secondary but still, I think we will score on them. While our O-line sucks at opening holes for the RBs and our RBs suck at seeing them and being patient I will say this - our O-line is fantastic at pass protection for the most part.

Remember that Utah, Stanford, Baylor and LSU all lost yesterday. Michigan State will likely lose next week and I think Florida State will beat Florida. UCLA and Memphis losing also helped us because they were looking up at us. North Carolina will lose to Clemson. Oklahoma still plays Ok State and TCU. A lot can still happen. If we beat Penn State and OSU beats MSU, we will inevitably be the only team in the country that could potentially end up playing 2 undefeated teams in a row (OSU and Iowa) as long as we keep winning and the playoff committee will have to reward that. Heck, we could end up playing 3 undefeated teams in a row if we keep winning. Still a lot of optimism on my end.
