Dude, are you even a Michigan fan? Have you not watched them the past few seasons? Remember 2 years ago we were a 2pt conversion away from beating OSU when they were undefeated and we sucked. We were 21 points underdog. Anything can happen despite injuries. I think going into the OSU game we have a 50/50 chance. Now, I would have preferred to have Ojemudia and Glasgow but I will still take our team as it stands right now.
We will beat Penn State and I like us against OSU as well. I think with Ruddock clicking now teams will not be able to just load up the tackle box and dare us to throw - they have tried that for 3 straight games and the results have basically been that Ruddock has thrown for a 1000 yards in the past 3 games with just 2 INTs. OSU has a very good secondary but still, I think we will score on them. While our O-line sucks at opening holes for the RBs and our RBs suck at seeing them and being patient I will say this - our O-line is fantastic at pass protection for the most part.
Remember that Utah, Stanford, Baylor and LSU all lost yesterday. Michigan State will likely lose next week and I think Florida State will beat Florida. UCLA and Memphis losing also helped us because they were looking up at us. North Carolina will lose to Clemson. Oklahoma still plays Ok State and TCU. A lot can still happen. If we beat Penn State and OSU beats MSU, we will inevitably be the only team in the country that could potentially end up playing 2 undefeated teams in a row (OSU and Iowa) as long as we keep winning and the playoff committee will have to reward that. Heck, we could end up playing 3 undefeated teams in a row if we keep winning. Still a lot of optimism on my end.
