Reading through the noon chat it seems like a lot of people aren’t necessarily sold on Zack Charbonnet as the starter. I personally think he’s going to have a breakout season. Last year he broke the freshman touchdown record with a banged up knee. It seems like all year he was missing a gear when trying to break into the second level. Don’t get me wrong it looks like Corum is going to be a fantastic back but I don’t understand why we seem to write off proven players for freshman because they had a great highlight reel in high school. I see Zach making All Big Ten but that’s just me.
