using the tactics of the SEC or even Urban that recruit (sign) more than the 85 limit would allow, then find reasons to dump players to get back to the 85 limit? Seems that someone posted OSU had signed 100 over the past four years. Using grad transfers might be one way to even out the playing field, allowing some players to redshirt without being forced to play because of depth issues. I just can't see us over-signing then cutting kids loose for one reason or another.
