On Jon Jansen's podcast:
"I've been waiting for this [opportunity to start] for the past year, and to finally get my chance was great. It was a different feeling [running out of the tunnel], and I was just itching to get out there. I felt like back at home and knew what I could do and what I had to do, and felt like I could do anything in front of 100,000 people. I still prepared the same, but it's a different level of intensity knowing I'd have to be out there from the first snap and not sit on the sideline for the first few quarters. Staying locked in is the name of the game now, and you just have to go out there and play your game as soon as your number is called."
