to departures from other teams. Of course incoming freshman, such as MSUs amazing class can make a big difference, but just based on departures, UM is already in the plus column, IF, IF, IF, they haven't hit their ceiling(s).

IU - Beilfeldt, Zeisloft, Ferrell, maybe Troy Williams
MSU - Valentine, Costello, Forbes, maybe Davis but unlikely given the Izzo pull
Maryland - Suleimon, Layman, maybe Stone and Trimble
Purdue - Hill, Hammons, Davis, maybe Haas, maybe Swanigan
Iowa - Clemmons, Gesell, Uthoff, Woodbury
Wisconsin - Nobody unless Nigle Hayes leaves early
OSU - nobody unless someone leaves early
Michigan - given Levert and Albrecht were already "gone", nobody unless someone transfers

Interesting the teams 1-5 are losing a combined 13 starters. Teams 6-8 are losing no starters. Says a lot for experience, and of course that experience needs to be relatively talented.

Tell me about the 'bigs' for UM along with defense. UM wasn't even close to beating the better teams and that is a major red flag.
