Has anyone here ever bought a house without a realtor? We are looking at a house tonight that is for sale by owner and we currently don't have a realtor. I have read that you may be able to negotiate a better price as there will be no commissions paid on either end but am worried about all of the behind the scene things that take place. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I live in NE Ohio.
