I just don't understand that one. He's not going to be a difference maker this season. Higdon Walker and Evans will all return next season, so it's not as if we are leaning heavily on him next season.
Getting one extra year out of him to me is more important than a few garbage carries this season, not that I am qualified to be critics of Harbaugh.
