Full disclosure - I boo'd the team during the Cinn game during one of the pass plays where Speight threw a 2Yd pass and the receiver had 2 defenders on him when we needed 10yds for a first down. After the game I read all the posts about how we shouldn't boo the team. I did feel ashamed as I let my passion for this team and their performance cloud my judgement. As college players I think they need to know we support them and their commitment to the football program. I'm sure to the recruits at the game it doesn't send a great messsge either.
During this weeks game there was another chorus of booing on one play but I restrained myself.
I'm not happy by the level of play but I want to make sure our players know we support them while their trying to work the kinks out.
