Here are tonight's Blue Chips...

*** Michigan is still fighting for Rivals100 Lititz (Pa.) Warwick offensive lineman Nolan Rucci. In fact, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh and offensive line coach Ed Warinner are set to get back on the phone with him on Monday. Six offensive linemen in the class is still a possibility, and Rucci will always have a spot. I have a feeling Michigan isn't going to give up until he tells the staff no.

*** With that said, Michigan still has a lot of work to do there. I'm told Michigan knows its on the outside looking in here. Rucci remains high on Clemson, Penn State and Wisconsin, where his brother plays. I have reason to believe those are the three schools in the best position to land him at this time. Michigan's best bet is getting him to wait and hosting him for an official visit in the fall.

*** Rivals100 Sterling Heights (Mich.) Stevenson offensive lineman and Michigan commit Giovanni El-Hadi had another positive conversation on Friday. El-Hadi remains locked in with the Wolverines and has made it a point to send Warinner clips of himself for critiquing. El-Hadi is on course to be an early enrollee, and there is reason to believe he could get on the field pretty quickly for U-M. Of course, it's hard for offensive linemen to make impacts as freshmen, but El-Hadi looks college ready.

*** Rivals250 Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy offensive lineman and Michigan commit Greg Crippen is also on track to be an early enrollee. Crippen is an excellent student in the classroom and has also been firm with his commitment to the Wolverines. Fellow Rivals250 offensive line commit Raheem Anderson is working towards enrolling early as well.
