A perfect built in excuse for Tommy. " I just wish we had our full team and could play them straight up". And then a media plant will say "Didn't Michigan lose when they didn't have Brooks for one game?". Izzo will of course agree and say how hard it is to play when you are missing your "key" player, but he does his best. He won't mention that they actually went on a roll after Loyer got hurt and that he is a terrible point guard.
