Middle Tennessee State over MSU in 2016 and UMBC over Virginia in 2018 are two of the obvious ones that always get mentioned, but there's another one to me that's just as big: Northern Iowa over Kansas in 2010.
KU was the No. 1 overall seed, was 33-2 at the time of the game, and a heavy favorite (in my opinion) to win it all.
