I think the East is overall down this year which bodes well for Michigan.
Stock down: O$U (esp defense), Penn State (missing what's his name) and MSU (QB missing in action)
Stock up: Michigan (QB play makes a difference and D playing even better than 2017, lack of turnovers sure helps that), Maryland (better, still have a ways to go)
