B1G Championship Week and Game, what happens if any teams have to cancel because of covid?

Especially the Championship Game 1 v. 1 teams ... is the next team moved up if one of them can't go, or will the game just be canceled?
Same for each of the East - West matchups ... teams move up, or games canceled?

Curious if it's been addressed for the National Playoff games as well?
