Wow....just WOW.

So yesterday I could not actually watch the game, as I had entered my '74 Dodge Challenger in a big local car show (almost 700 cars) that lasted from 11 in the morning until almost 9:00 at night.

I followed the score on my phone, got updates from my son, etc...so I was well aware of what was going on.

I saw the posts about McCaffrey, even though I knew that he had the long TD pass to Bell (made longer by Bell's awesome run after the catch), I couldn't understand why people were posting what they were about him given that he was 3-8 for 86 yards (with 56 of those coming on the Bell play).

Well, I watched the game on DVR a while ago....and let me just say again...wow.

That kid has some serious potential to be VERY good.

Yes, the pass to Thomas was a bit underthrown, but Thomas is just as much at fault for that not at least being a long reception given that it still was in his hands (a somewhat tough catch to be sure given the DB bearing down on him, not trying to disparage Thomas).

Having said that, Dylan has fantastic touch on his throws, I mean all of his incompletions save the one short throw to Wangler were awesomely thrown balls.

The way he dropped that TD pass into Bell between defenders reminds me SO much of another QB at Michigan that wore #10. I had to rewatch it several times because it was SUCH a beautiful throw.

BTW, I'm not sorry to make another thread celebrating one our players. lol
