Apologize for another COVID Vaccine thread but

I got my 2nd Pfizer shot Friday morning and other than soreness at the injection site, I had zero side effects at all on either the 1st or 2nd dose.

I hear side effects are not a bad thing at all, it just means your immune system is kicking in to hear. Crazy question but if no side affects at does it mean the immune system is not responding ?
