Some of the sports radio talk shows suggesting it may be University of FL credit card related. I remember in West Quad when a candy bar machine broke and could be pulled without inserting money. The entire floor milked it dry quickly. So did a UF credit card from the atbldtic dept. or some other unit somehow get passed around?
