Because someone sent me this clip showing how badass it is and the only thing that comes to mind is: Who the hell is teaching these players form? First, looks more like close grip Bench (which is fine) but they're getting an extra 20-30 pounds by bouncing the weight.
I wouldn't expect a 2-3 second pause but this makes touch and go look like it's slow motion. That strength coach needs a smack in the head unless I'm missing something or form is different for FBall strength training.
