I’ve been asking around Because I’m about a year out from that surgery if I decide to go that way . Getting older sucks! especially if you punished your body . I always worked hard on our farm then marine corps and been in the trades for 26 years .going on the advice of my back and knee/shoulder doctors and they recommended I do my knee surgery/ shoulder surgery before we look at putting these rods & screws in my back . So that’s where I’m at now just finished a knee surgery and after I heal up onto the rotator cuff / torn labrum surgery. Basically for me L1 through L5 my discs are gone issues with sacrum and retrostesis vertebrae/spinal stenosis/degenerative disc disease /arthritis . Everyone I’ve talked to says don’t do it so far but that’s just a handful of people any suggestions would be appreciated.
