May have an issue with my neighbor regarding their dock being on my property. We live on a river and we both have docks. Their dock extends over our extended property line by nearly 25'. I believe the docks have been in place for approximately 20 years but we have only resided here for 5 years. We had a stake survey a few years ago when we had a new well installed and at that time it became apparent that their dock extends onto our property. We are getting ready to do some improvements to our dock and want to take it over to our property line. Wondering if we have any issues before we address it with our neighbors.
