Another problem with replacing a coach

Is related to a cause we are championing. Odds are the one time transfer rule will pass. So if we boot a coach you might boot a good chunk of whatever good talent you have.

I am not happy with what we are seeing but with all these new mechanisms being put in place future coaching changes are going to have to be done tactfully.
