Another day; another d-man commit for Mel

Class of '19 defenseman Jack Summers has changed his hockey commitment from Brown to Michigan.

A Livonia native, Summers is known for his skating prowess. Summers is the second defenseman committed for the incoming class of '19 along with elite Canadian defense prospect Mike Vukojevic.

Summers will skate for the USHL Tri-City franchise this season and likely the next before joining the Wolverines.

Knew someone would ask that. I'm really not sure. He's eleven years younger than Chris.
I'll bet someone who watches here knows.

Seems there's some uncertainty as to whether he's an '18 or a '19.

That was my immediate thought when I saw smooth skating defenseman, from Michigan. This article says Chris has a brother named Patrick, so if they're related it isn't as brothers.

TBD. I'm definitely going to the games in Madison and I'm going to try to get to MMMariucci as well since I have a friend in school at Minnesota now.

Looking highly likely that I'll be in town for the Michigan/OSU weekend so will probably go to one of the hockey games that weekend. I'll letcha know when we have that nailed down!
