while referencing coaching staffs, etc. at UM, it occurred to me, going back to Lloyd's days, how many successful head coaches have come out of UM's assistant pools? I can think of:
-Debord--disaster at Central was it?
-Scott Schaefer--HC at Syracuse, not so good.
-DC who went to Maryland...did not end well.
So going back to Lloyd, that's three HCs in what 25 years? Yes, not easy places to win but it tells you something that there is something...
