First of all, let me say that the loss last night (while horrible) is only one loss. I still believe that our team can win the whole thing if we play to our ceiling. But as Illinois and Minnesota showed, we can also be beaten by quite a few teams if we play to our floor.
With that being said, Michigan wasn’t picked as a top 25 team this year in the preseason. We are way ahead of schedule at this point and this season overall has been a massive success. Barring a meltdown of epic proportions (meaning losing every game from here on in), We should all be smiling ear to ear in regards to our team performance for the 20-21 season. I think we all need to take a deep breath and just enjoy the journey....I don’t think any of us would have predicted our current record 8 months ago
