Wow. We're at a whole week since this thing has launched. Crazy to think that much time has passed. I think I can speak for my entire staff to say that we hit the ground running with many more weeks ahead of us.
I am so very proud of what my guys have been able to accomplish this week. With expanding roles for some, doing things outside of their normal routines and those getting back into the swing of things after a few years away, I couldn't be happier with the chemistry we have as a unit and the production because of it. There are no egos here, just great humans who bust their ass each and every day.
As for the community, I wanted to say thank you. I know we kind of sprung out of nowhere on you guys with an awkward welcome and adjustment period. You all have made us feel so welcome and motivated to give you a community and a product you can be proud of. Our goal is to grow this community further. We'll suffer our lumps along the way, sure. That was to be expected. But I believe that we'll continue to make this place a strong community moving forward.
We've had votes, open and honest dialogue and site changes through the week. Most, if not all, have been made because of the community and the general consensus. The decisions I make for the Wolverine Den and TMBR will be with the community in mind. You are the lifeblood of this network.
As we progress into the coming days, weeks, months and years, all I can do is to stress patience and to simply ask to stick with us. We're building, we're adjusting. From covering teams to covering recruiting and everything else. If you stick with us, you'll see our dedication to growing and giving you the information you crave.
I am incredibly excited for the future. We have exciting things planned for you all and I am very much looking forward to introducing them to you all in the very near future.
For now, thank you, all of you, for making this first week special.
I will see you all on the boards and let's get ready for a road trip to Indy 😉
Your friend,
- Josh
