I don’t want to rag on a kid who clearly plays hard but I think it’s fairly obvious that Davis will never be able to provide meaningful minutes against top level competition.
Why not start giving Johns those minutes? He looks very skilled in the late game minutes he’s gotten and seems like he has the upside to actually contribute in March. This team has legit National Title hopes so I think you have to play the long game here.
