4 and 5 stars

We have a 5 star QB, a 5 star WR and a couple of other 4 star receivers. We have a 3 start running back and a walk on running back. Wouldn't you want your offense to play to the 4 and 5 stars abilities instead of the 3 star and walk-ons?
