just curious, ho can Michigan have a 30 man class when they only have room for 16 to say twenty, depending on how many people Harbough moves out. I thought yo wer only allowed to eversign up to 3 over what you have eligible, Say you have 25 spots , you are supposedly only allowed to sign up to 28. so just curious whyit is different for Michigan. Hope someone can explain it without being sarcastic. Thanks
