This whole mess is going to being a black eye on the B1G & NCAA

with a very obvious focus of a league & governing body having a vendetta to get Jim Harbaugh at any cost.

Furthermore, OSU will be exposed and central to this vendetta because their leadership doesn't believe
that they can beat Michigan at their own game.

These moves were required to in some way to give the cheating nuts an advantage which will prove to be a major disadvantage.

THE GAME has the makings of an

OSU crybaby fest...

In 21 Stroud and OSU cried that the weather made them lose to Michigan.
WELL it appears heavier storms have the likely hood to hit AA for THE GAME Thanksgiving weekend.

Check out the link below to the guy who I believe is the most accurate weather guy I've ever seen.
Furthermore, he's incredibly entertaining as well. He actually makes weather fun!

Recruiting Michigan still keeping tabs on a committed 4-star receiver

Four-star class of 2024 King George wide receiver Mekhai White committed to Maryland in August.

However, after touching base with White, he tells me he is not 100% locked in with the Terrapins and is keeping his option open, and has maintained a great relationship with Michigan.

In fact, he said he and WR coach Ron Bellamy communicate one to two times per week.

I had a FutureCast in for White quite some time ago before his recruitment start to trend away from the Wolverines, but this will be one to keep an eye on.

As Josh reported yesterday, Gatlin Bair will also be worth keeping an eye on with the firing of Boise State’s head coach, as it’s possible he will get to Ann Arbor for the UM-OSU game.

White also said he may come to Ann Arbor for The Game but isn’t 100% sure yet.

Along with Michigan, White is keeping contact with Arkansas, Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Oklahoma and a couple others.

I’m not 100% sure where things stand on the Michigan end of things with White, but the fact Bellamy has remained in contact in noteworthy.

No matter if he ends up a Wolverine or not, he is officially on flip watch.

Insider Something I find really odd

This tweet prompted me to write this out.

Michigan and the NCAA/Big Ten side are saying that Connor Stalions refused to cooperate with the investigation and, on the flip side, those on the Stalions side of the argument are vehemently arguing that the NCAA has NOT reached out to him to discuss the investigation.

It's the icing on the weird cake. Why would one side lie about this? And, to be fair, I am not taking sides here and suggesting one side is right or wrong, it's just the weird information you pick up along the way that you can't really use. Now, I had a reason to use it lol.

Something I wonder about the suspension Warde placed Jim on to start the season

It was clearly done against Jim s wishes and I assume Warde was hoping to win some good will with the NCAA for the future re "burger gate" - but NOW it is being used against Jim and the program "see. its his SECOND suspension this year" and now seeing how the Big Ten ( and prob the NCAA ) is treating Jim AND the university I wonder if Warde regrets the original suspension

Another pathetic take from ESPN and Stephen A. Smith

Feeling Dumb Jim Carrey GIF

Similar to when another Big Ten coach let his emotions dictate the postgame interview following a landmark win, some college football commenters weren’t as moved by Moore’s words than others.

Specifically Stephen A. Smith at ESPN.

“I don’t know what the hell you’re doing on national television crying for, like Jim Harbaugh got fired, like he lost his job. He got three days off because, remember, you’re allowed to be with the team and coach them throughout the week,” Smith said on First Take Monday morning.

Smith doubled down when challenged on his take explaining why Michigan shouldn’t be celebrating overcoming adversity when the penalty that suspended Harbaugh was ruled because they allegedly had an unfair advantage in the first place.

“Bottom line is, if the players received an advantage, that is a disservice to the other players at the other program,” Smith said

The Bigger Threat…

I hope what I’m about to say is not categorized as being a Debbie Downer. I’ve thought about the situation a lot, so I hope the following can be accepted as realistic expectations.

With Regard To The NCAA—The NCAA has not completed their investigations. Their findings so far, which are the basis of the penalties meted out by the B1G Commisioner, appear to be sufficient to justify Level 1 NCAA violations. Looking at how such violations can be settled, it doesn’t appear likely that a Negotiated Settlement will be an option. More likely the violations will be headed for a full hearing by the NCAA Committee on Infractions. This kind of violation is new to the full COI hearing process, so there isn’t a pattern of penalties which might be expected from the COI. But Level 1 violations are serious and typically result in meaningful penalties.

With Regard To The Big Ten—However this Friday’s hearing on Michigan’s lawsuit requesting a TRO turns out, the Big Ten’s case will remain open. Based on the eventual ruling of the NCAA and their penalties, it’s reasonable to expect that the Big Ten will re-open the case to consider the totality of the NCAA evidence, ruling and penalties. Having only penalized Michigan with a 3-game suspension, the Big Ten would still have the full palette of penalties available to them to penalize Michigan. There have been so few cases of serious violations heard by the Big Ten, there is no prototypical pattern of penalties they might assess.
