Harbaugh and staff are trying to finish up recruiting before the fall. Sure seems like this staff is trying wrap up recruiting so they can focus on the season and fall practices.

Seems smart to me. I am sure it's not unique to Harbaugh/UM.

No way, does not account for guys who make later decisions, or guys who break out their senior years. Hoke tried this one year and it was his worst class, IIRC (ranking wise, not talking about actual performance). I think Harbaugh may end up with a few too many guys committed, and a few guys who decommit and play elsewhere.

Metellus committed. I think there will be some decommits but for the most part...this class is going to be set give or take a few guys by the end of August. The train is leaving the station.
