this program needs. Very active/high motor and very athletic. Can't shoot particularly well but looks like a serious offensive glass type player. I would prefer him on the wing but he likes to go to the hoop and UM/JB needs less 3 pt shooters.
UM/JB needs another couple more athletic guys and hopefully a 4 spot player. It looks like JB is going in the right direction which is that it's much easier to make a put back than to hit a 3 pt shot with a defender in your face. Looks like Matthews is probably willing to play defense.
Good pickup. Like it. This doesn't look like your older brother's JB team going forward.
