Bufkin rising, Howard falling in The Ringer mock draft

Kobe Bufkin and Jett Howard are set to be selected in the first round of tonight's NBA Draft. One of the better mock drafts out there thinks Bufkin is the biggest riser in the draft and could hear his name very early tonight in Brooklyn.
